GOMAY KALA | GAU SANSKRITI STARTUP TRAINING PROGRAM

The Gomay Kala Startup Training Program by Shri Bansi Gau Dham LLP is designed not only as a skill training initiative but as a model for building a sustainable and environmentally responsible economy inspired by Gau Sanskriti.

Shri Bansi Gau Dham has been actively working in the field of cow-based eco-friendly product innovation since March 2017. Through continuous research, experimentation and practical implementation, various Gomay Kala products have been developed that transform cow dung into valuable eco-friendly resources.

Recognizing the growing global challenges such as environmental pollution, waste management, climate change and rural unemployment, the Gomay Kala Startup Training Program was formally started in 2020 to share this knowledge with society.

Gau Sanskriti offers a unique civilizational model that contributes to solving many of today’s global challenges. By utilizing cow dung and other natural resources, it helps reduce pollution, promote sustainable production and create eco-friendly industries with near zero carbon emissions.

The training program focuses on promoting sustainable development by encouraging environmentally responsible production systems that support the global vision of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), environmental protection and climate-conscious economic models.

Through this initiative, participants learn how to establish small-scale eco-friendly production units that convert natural resources into useful products while generating employment in rural areas. This approach helps strengthen rural economies, encourage village-based entrepreneurship and promote decentralized development.

The Gomay Kala Startup Training Program also aligns with several national development missions including Startup India, Skill India and the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat by empowering youth, farmers and rural communities with practical skills and sustainable business models.

Special emphasis is placed on women empowerment by encouraging women’s self-help groups and rural entrepreneurs to adopt cow-based product manufacturing as a livelihood opportunity. These initiatives help create income generation opportunities while preserving traditional knowledge systems.

Since the launch of this training program in 2020, thousands of participants from different states of India have attended the training sessions and learned how Gau Sanskriti can contribute to building environmentally responsible industries, strengthening rural economies and supporting India’s journey toward becoming a prosperous and sustainable nation.

The program ultimately aims to demonstrate that Gau Sanskriti is not merely a cultural tradition but a powerful scientific and economic model capable of contributing to environmental sustainability, rural prosperity and a greener future for the world.

Why the World Need Gau Sanskriti Today

The world today is facing serious challenges such as climate change, environmental pollution, waste management crises and increasing rural unemployment. Modern industrial systems have created economic growth, but they have also caused ecological imbalance and unsustainable patterns of production and consumption.

In this context, the ancient knowledge of Gau Sanskriti offers a holistic and sustainable model for the future. For centuries, the Indian civilization has recognized the cow as the center of a balanced rural economy where natural resources are used responsibly and waste is transformed into valuable resources.

Cow dung, which is often considered waste in modern systems, becomes a powerful resource within the framework of Gau Sanskriti. It can be used to create eco-friendly products, organic inputs, natural construction materials and renewable energy solutions. This approach naturally supports the global vision of sustainable development and low-carbon economic systems.

Gau Sanskriti based innovations also contribute significantly to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By promoting eco-friendly products and village-based industries, it helps reduce pollution, strengthen environmental protection and create decentralized economic opportunities in rural areas.

Through initiatives like Gomay Kala, traditional cow-based knowledge is being transformed into modern entrepreneurial opportunities. Small production units based on cow dung products can generate employment, support women empowerment and encourage rural self-reliance.

 Certificate of Participation

One of the most unique aspects of the Gomay Kala Startup Training Program is the certificate itself. Unlike conventional training programs where certificates are simply printed and distributed, participants in this program create their own certificate using Gomay Kala techniques.By the third day of the training, participants gain sufficient practical skills to craft a certificate made from natural cow dung material. With the guidance provided during the training, they design and prepare their own Gomay Kala certificate. This experience reflects the core philosophy of the program — learning through practice. The certificate itself becomes a symbol of the participant’s newly acquired skill and creativity in cow dung based product making. Thus, the certificate is not just a document of participation, but a handcrafted Gomay Kala creation made by the participant themselves, representing their journey into Gau Sanskriti based innovation and sustainable craftsmanship.
